Disha Agarwal is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She also holds a degree in bachelor of commerce from Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar University in Agra and has also done her graduation in LLB from Agra University.

Apart from holding these three prestigious degrees, she has many areas of experience in corporate law. She has packed more experience in her short career tenure than many manage to gain in years and years of their career. In her post- membership career of more than 2 years, she has worked in a listed company and a PCS Firm.

Her area of expertise covers drafting legal documents, regulatory compliance under corporate laws, Listing regulations, etc.

At our organization, she is associated with Secretarial Compliance Department and handles matters related to Company Law, LLPs, FEMA, RBI, etc. Her willingness to learn and perform hard has always inspired others to work hard.
