Richa Gulati is a Company Secretary by profession. Along with 8+ years of experience in Corporate Laws, Accounts, Taxation, and Audit Functions, she is contributing to taking care of MCA & ROC along with secretarial compliance at our organization. 

A finance professional with an ability to formulate and implement the Secretarial Compliances, Accounting Policies/ Procedures, Accounting Standards and Principles, Taxation Principles, Statutory Enactments. She has expertise in maintaining high standards of customer service, with quality & service norms to achieve customer satisfaction and business retention.

Richa is a law graduate from CCS University, Meerut. Her constant love to read about law and compliances becomes the reason for starting her journey towards CS. She has started self-practice at an early stage and previously worked with Anil Prahalad & Company, Chartered Accountants under Secretarial Compliances and ROC.

She looks forward to contributing and supporting the sector with full energy and the aim of taking it to new heights.
